Privacy policy

The Lowestoft and East Suffolk Methodist Circuit, registered charity number 1135624, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. We take that responsibility seriously and we keep as little information as we can.

What we collect

If you send us a message through our enquiry form, we collect your name, your email address, your telephone number if you give one, and the message itself. We collect nothing else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to reply to you and to deal with the matter you have raised. We do not sell your information, we do not share it outside the Circuit, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with your request, and are then deleted. Pastoral and safeguarding records are handled separately, under the Methodist Church's own policies.

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work properly. It does not use advertising cookies and it does not track you across other websites.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and in most cases to have it deleted. To do any of these things, please contact us.
