Trinity is an active church with a programme of worship, fellowship and community engagement. Regular activities include the Community Cafe every Monday morning, the church's own OFSTED registered nursery, Little Lambs Toddler Group which meets every Tuesday morning during term time, and a Crafting for Wellbeing group. Family focused worship, Christingle celebrations, shared meals, quizzes and community events have also become popular features of the church's programme.

The church building serves as an important community hub throughout the week, hosting a wide range of groups and organisations, including a nursery, exercise classes, short tennis, a photographic society, Lowestoft Chorale and the Jack Rose Lowestoft Historical Society. The Church holds a service each Sunday at 10.45am, with a variety of visiting preachers who are detailed on the current Circuit Plan.
